Rates

The  rental rates, excluding Florida State tax (currently 12%), are as follows:

     1st December -  30th April                  £80 per day               
     1st May         -  30th November          £76 per day

The rates apply for up to 4 persons.  The rate for one additional person (up to a maximum of 5 residents) is £9 per day. There is a minimum booking period of 10 days.

A cleaning charge of 60 dollars(US)  cash, is payable to the Manager at the end of your stay.

Conditions of payment are as follows:

      1. A £100 booking fee on reservation.

      2. The full rental payment, not later than one calendar month prior to your holiday.

Upon completion of the holiday and return of the key, the booking fee will be repaid, less any outstanding payments due.
